Select reliable tenants

We are serious when it comes to tenant selection. We carry out quadruple checks: reference, credit, employment and previous landlord checks to ensure the tenants are reliable and responsible. We recommend the best tenants for you to finally approve!

Complete documentation

We will complete the Residential Tenancy Agreement with the tenants and make sure they understand all the clauses. 

Lodge the bond

We will lodge the bond with Tenancy Services promptly in compliance with the Tenancy Law. All paperwork will be completed on your behalf.

Income collection

All money collected on your behalf will be held in an audited trust account, so you know where it is at any time. You can decide how frequent you like to get paid.

Thorough inspections

We promise to inspect your property every three months. This ensures we discover any issues in time. We can detect leaks and problems before it’s too late. You know your property is in good hands when we check it. 

Resolve disputes

We take quick, effective action should any legal issues arise during the rental period. We can represent you at mediations and tenancy tribunal hearings. If required, we have access to specialist lawyers who only handle tenancy issues.

Repairs & maintenance

We carry out timely repairs in the event should any issues arise. We have the ability to negotiate more attractive rates with tradespeople and ensure they are compliant with the new Health & Safety Regulations.
